“Tetelestai” is a fine art print of my original abstract landscape painting. Each print is individually hand-gilded with gold leaf, adding back the subtle luminosity and sophistication of the original artwork.
This is a print of my original painting titled “Tetelestai” which was created in collaberation with a local church for their Stations of The Cross exhibit at Easter. The scripture that went along with my station was from Luke 23: 39-43; Jesus Promises the Kingdom to the good thief” Written in the beginning layers below the surface is “Truly I Say To You, today you will be with me in paradise.” As depicted by the light shining down from heaven on the cross of Jesus and the good thief - while the other thief’s cross is still in darkness. The etchings and layers show through beautifully on this print.
Because of the embellished gold leaf, each print includes a white mat as shown. For protection of the embellished areas it is highly recommended to keep the matting.

Printed on archival fine art giclée paper using richly pigmented archival inks for beautiful color and lasting quality.
